Dengan mengambil titik start dari Pulau Ende, puluhan perahu nelayan di iringi oleh Kapal Angkatan Laut Republik Indonesia kegiatan parade akan dimulai dengan aktivitas Parade Laut yang mengusung symbol Pancasila sebagai Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia.

Malam hari sebelum parade laut dilakukan, akan didahului dengan Do’a Pancasila bersama masyarakat Pulau Ende serta turut dihadiri oleh Muspida Kabupaten Ende.

Parade laut dimaksudkan untuk menjadi siimbol kedatangan Soekarno ke kota Ende dengan menumpang kapal HMS Jan Van Riebeck untuk selanjutnya beliau akan disaingkan di kota kecil ini selama empat tahun pada medio tahun 1934 – 1938. Selama pengasingan di kota Ende, beliau ditemani oleh istri beliau, Inggit Ganarsih bersama ibu mertuanya (Ibu Amsi) serta kedua anak angkatnya. Di pelabuhan Ende (yang kini juga dinamakan Pelabuhan Bung Karno) rombongan parade laut akan diterima secara resmi oleh tokoh masyarakat, tokoh adat serta Pemerintah Kabupaten Ende yang membaur bersama ribuan peserta parade darat.

By taking the starting point from Ende Island, dozens of fishing boats accompanied by Navy Ships of the Republic of Indonesi, parade activities will begin with Sea Parade activities that carry the symbol of Pancasila as the basis of the Republic of Indonesia.  The night before the sea parade was carried out, was preceded the preyer ceremonies called as Do’a Pancasila Pancasila held by  the people of Ende Island and also attended by the ende regencies leaders.  The sea parade was intended to be a symbol of Sukarno's arrival in the city of Ende aboard the HMS Jan Van Riebeck and then he would be rivaled in this small town for four years in the middle of 1934 – 1938. During his exile in the city of Ende, he was accompanied by his wife, Inggit Ganarsih with his mother-in-law (Ibu Amsi) and his two adopted children. At Ende port (which is now also called as Bung Karno Port) the sea parade group will be officially received by community leaders, traditional leaders and the Ende Regency Government who mingle with thousands of people that will attending the Land Parade (historical walk). There will be a welcoming ceremony before the parade continuing with the land parade (historical walk). 

During the land parade (historical walk) there also various of attraction and entertainment that carried by the art groups and various ethnics that attend the parade. There will be some point to visit and at every stoping point there will a story telling about Soekarno’s heritage (Ferdy Wara, Mario Lagu)
